Production Planner

Our Client in Rancocas, New Jersey is seeking a Production Planner to join their team. This is a Direct Hire position, offering $70,000 - $80,000 a year based on experience. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 7:00am-4:00PM.

Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

• Schedule, coordinate, and monitor the flow of products in the production cycle
• Work with MRP systems to create work orders for the production floor and requirements for purchasing from engineering releases
• Assist production manager with production operations in accordance with material, labor, and equipment availability
• Monitor material supply flow and inventory and identify shortages
• Data entry

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 5 years’ of similar experience
• Must have strong knowledge of MRP software – experience with Jobscope is a huge plus!
• Ability to read drawings and understand symbols and bills materials
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Previous experience in a manufacturing shop floor environment is preferred
