Electrical Engineering Manager

Our client in Rancocas, New Jersey is seeking an experience Electrical Engineering Manager to join their team! This is a DIRECT HIRE (not contract to hire) position with a great, global leading company. This role offers $120K-$130K per year based on experience. 

This position requires a candidate to be able to travel both domestically and internationally. Travel requirements are less than 20% per year. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Work with the Electrical Project Engineers within the Electrical Engineering Group to design power generation and control systems for industrial melting furnaces.
• Coordinate department activities, establish priorities, assign staff to projects for the design of control systems, PLC software code, production and utilization of electric power, and power supply and transmission parts for industrial melting furnace systems.
• Responsible for electrical designs compliant with regulatory requirements including, but not limited to OSHA, NFPA, and NEC.
• Responsible for the management, growth and professional development of the electrical engineering team.
• Travel to customer sites as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering 
• 10 years of Industrial experience, 2 years supervisory.
• Technical, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
