Customer Service Representative

Our client, located in Branchburg, New Jersey, is looking for a Customer Service Representative, to accept, process, and expedite customer orders. Provide liaison service between suppliers and customers. Submit quotation of price and delivery. 

• This is a full time, in person and temp to perm position.
• Monday-Friday
• Pay Rate: $20-$23/hr, depending on experience.

Job Overview:

• Process customer orders, quotes, and returns according to company policies.
• Expedite and arrange emergency shipments when necessary, coordinating with operations.
• Handle customer complaints and troubleshoot issues to reach equitable solutions.
• Assist customers with technical support, product referrals, and competitor analysis.
• Maintain accurate customer records, including contact details and special pricing.
• Collaborate with team members, vendors, and sales to manage customer inquiries and sales leads.
• Provide feedback to management and participate in target and margin goal strategies.
• Assist with training new CSRs and administrative tasks.
• Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and vendor relations.

Skills Required:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
