Our Client in Cinnaminson, New Jersey is seeking a Full-Time Bookkeeper to join their team! This is a Temp to Hire position, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. The pay rate for this position will be from $36.00 - $38.00 per hour based on experience.
This position will mainly focus on the Bookkeeping duties for the business as well has managing administrative HR responsibilities for 35 employees.
Bookkeeping Responsibilities:
- Assist Staff Accountant as needed
- Enter financial transactions in SAGE
- Enter PR data in SAGE weekly
- Process Customer payments
- Contact Customers regarding overdue payments
- Reconcile bank accounts monthly
- Reconcile general ledgers monthly
- Maintain a balanced general ledger
- Prepare trial balance for staff accountant quarterly
- Maintain documentation for financial transactions
- Prepare & analyze financial reports for accountant and auditors
- In July and August, prepare PR Tax reports for annual audit
- Maintain 1099 information for accountant
- Assist shareholders as needed
- Complete Gov't Census'
- Complete annual Health Insurance Data Match Census
HR Responsibilities:
- Payroll weekly (35 employees)
- Manage employee health benefits, work with Broker regarding enrollment and administration
- 401K Administration
- Verify 401K information for IRS Tax Form 5500
- Maintain employee records
