Our Client in Cinnaminson, New Jersey is seeking a Full-Time Bookkeeper to join their team! This is a Temp to Hire position, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. The pay rate for this position will be from $36.00 - $38.00 per hour based on experience. 


This position will mainly focus on the Bookkeeping duties for the business as well has managing administrative HR responsibilities for 35 employees. 


Bookkeeping Responsibilities:

  • Assist Staff Accountant as needed  
  • Enter financial transactions in SAGE
  • Enter PR data in SAGE weekly 
  • Process Customer payments
  • Contact Customers regarding overdue payments 
  • Reconcile bank accounts monthly 
  • Reconcile general ledgers monthly 
  • Maintain a balanced general ledger
  • Prepare trial balance for staff accountant quarterly 
  • Maintain documentation for financial transactions
  • Prepare & analyze financial reports for accountant and auditors
  • In July and August, prepare PR Tax reports for annual audit 
  • Maintain 1099 information for accountant 
  • Assist shareholders as needed
  • Complete Gov't Census' 
  • Complete annual Health Insurance Data Match Census


HR Responsibilities:

  • Payroll weekly (35 employees)
  • Manage employee health benefits, work with Broker regarding enrollment and administration 
  • 401K Administration 
  • Verify 401K information for IRS Tax Form 5500
  • Maintain employee records
