Slitter Operator

Our Client in Bensalem, Pennsylvania is seeking a Slitter Operator for their office. This is a Temp to Hire position, offering $18 per hour. The schedule for this position is 4 days a week, 3^rd shift, 7:00pm-7:00am.

Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

• Operating tape slitting machines used to convert jumbo rolls of adhesive-coated paper and film into cut rolls of tape
• Use equipment to load rolls, set up sizes, adjust operating parameters, load on empty cores, remove rolls, set up trim winders
• Maintaining quality standards
• Follow schedules
• Input production data into computer for production
• Creating tape core labels and carton labels
• Creating cartons in end-to-end process from formation to loading materials in cartons, taping closed, and placing on pallets
• Following all safety and efficiency protocols and instructions

Requirements:

• Experience in slitting, converting, or manufacturing environment is required
• Capable of working independently
