Dispatcher

Our Client in Glassboro, New Jersey is seeking a Dispatcher to join their team. This is a Full-Time, Temp to Hire position offering $24-$26 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday – 7:00 am – 6:00 pm with 1 hour break (in-office)
• Saturdays – Will be scheduled for 4-8 Saturdays out of the year, hours will be 8:00 am – 12:00 pm and can be worked remotely.

Job Duties:

• Act as the liaison between customers, locations, and truck drivers
• Communicate with various parties via phone, email, and text
• Take customer orders, making necessary documentations in system
• Coordinate orders with truck drivers and warehouse for pick-ups and drop-offs
• Update information in Google sheets, QuickBooks, and dispatching software

Requirements:

• Previous dispatching experience required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Previous experience with Google sheets and QuickBooks is a huge plus!
• Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in busy environment 
• Ability to work Monday through Friday in accordance to the schedule above
