Manufacturing Engineer

Our Client in Rancocas, New Jersey is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for their office. This is a DIRECT HIRE position, offering $80K-$100K per year, based on experience. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm.

Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborating with engineering and production teams to maintain and improve the manufacturability of designs
• Ensuring designs meet productions capabilities and constraints
• Monitoring and aligning with the production schedule to ensure timely delivery of products
• Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality while reducing costs
• Conducting regular reviews of production processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Preparing and maintaining technical documentation and reports
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• B.S. in Engineering or related discipline
• 5+ years of industrial experience
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Ability to read engineering drawings and a detailed understanding of industrial manufacturing
• Excellent technical, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently, including management and execution of projects
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time both internationally and domestically
