Custodian

Our client, a college located in Wilmington, DE is seeking to add a Custodian member to their team. This position is a full time temp-hire position and offers $16/hr.

Hours; 37.5; evenings and weekend coverage will be required.

Requirements:

• Disinfecting of classroom furniture to ensure a healthy learning environment
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms 
• Sweeping, mopping, and/or vacuuming hallways and stairways, emptying and cleaning ash trays and cigarette receptacles, cleaning windows, and wiping down walls

Qualifications:

• Must have own transportation.
• High School diploma is required.
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
• Custodian experience is preferred.
