We APS is looking for a part time admin during the next 4 months. Meant to reach out in December, just got sidetracked.
So we are looking for someone for more admin duties this year. These would include
1. Answer the phone and speaking directly to clients.
2. Learn our internal tax return processing systems so that you can answer client inquires.
3. Assist with internal tax return processing both manual and electronic.
4. Be trained to assist with our internal tax work tracking system.
5. Be trained to assist with secure emailing of documents and receiving of documents.
Working hours in the office have some flexibility. 10 am start time till 2/3/4 PM, depending upon the day of the week and the person’s schedule. Looking for someone who has at least a block of 4 hours min to work. As we get into March 5 hrs is likely preferred.
Work days would start at 2 days per week min in Feb, 1st or second week Feb, likely extend to 3 days and then 4 days per week in March thru end of April. As we get them up to speed on our systems, I would expect to get to 4 days per week quickly
The individual would work directly with Kristin, who is CC here and she will do the interviewing.
