Our Client in Moorestown, New Jersey is seeking a part time Administrative Assistant for their office. This is a temporary position going till the middle of April. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 3:00PM – 8:00PM, offering $18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience.
Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phone
- Filing
- Greeting Guests
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintaining office organization
Requirements:
- 1+ years of professional office experience; i.e. Admin Asst, Receptionist, Office Assistant
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail
