Our client, located in Pennington, NJ, is seeking an Office Manager. The Office Manager will provide administrative and employee support while overseeing both onsite and virtual teams. The Office Manager will also execute all aspects of the facility’s maintenance, cleanliness, and security with minimal oversight.
**This position is NOT REMOTE. Only candidates who are able to work fully on site in Pennington, NJ will be considered for this role.**
This is a full-time, on site, temp to hire position.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM.
Pay Rate: $27-29/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down workstations as needed for staff changes.
- Coach on attendance; facilitate terminations and collection of property.
- Assist remote operations team with data entry, job postings, resume submissions, interview tracking, and creating ad-hoc reports.
- Maintain accurate employment records and update system notifications for filled, cancelled, or closed positions.
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, maintenance, and security.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3 years+ office management and administrative experience.
- 3 years+ human resources or recruiting experience.
- Proficiency MS Office Suite.
- Experience with staffing software such as Fieldglass, Beeline, or JobDiva preferred.
- Ability to prioritize workload while meeting multiple requests and deadlines in a consistent and timely manner.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
