Our Client in Berlin, New Jersey is seeking an Administrative Assistant experienced in Dictation and Transcription to join their team! This is a Temp to Hire position, Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am – 3:30 pm. This positions offers $20.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience.


Job Duties:

  • Answer phones
  • Dictate and transcribe for the owner
  • Copying
  • Write purchase orders
  • Open and process mail
  • Send emails


Requirements:

  • Must have experience with dictation/transcription
  • Must have Administrative Assistant experience
  • Proficient with Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of Sage50/Peachtree is a plus
