Service Delivery Coordinator

Our Client in Burlington, New Jersey is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator for their office. This is a Temp-to-Hire position, offering $20-$25 per hour based on experience. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.

Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

• Focusing on ensuring seamless delivery to all clients by administering and allocating workloads across the captioning department
• Ensuring project/orders are delivered on time, striving to exceed project expectations
• Effectively communicating dependencies and project status to customer and management staff
• Understanding the varying needs of the client base, reacting quickly and appropriately to incoming requirements
• Understanding the various software applications which are used to run the operation, many of which are unique to the environment 
• Tracking throughout the order entry and delivery process until revenue is fully realized, and keeping customers and internal stakeholders updated on a regular basis

Requirements:

• Experience working with customers in collecting requirements and deliverables for small projects
• Clear and effective written and verbal communications skills preferred
• Basic telecommunications and technical knowledge
• Strong computer experience (MS Office, Outlook, Excel)
