    Our Client in Atlantic City, New Jersey is seeking a Deposition Coordinator for their office. This is a DIRECT HIRE position, offering $20-$26 per hour based on experience. 


    Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

    • Maintaining a master deposition calendar in Microsoft Outlook
    • Confirming depositions daily
    • Rescheduling postponed depositions and maintaining correspondence with all parties.
    • Scheduling court reporters, translators, and other vendors for depositions, as per client's requests
    • Working with Support Services to ensure required meeting room setups are confirmed
    • Maintaining conference room schedules and posting the schedule nightly for the following day
    • Performing backup receptionist duties, handling incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating strong phone etiquette
    • Performing Legal Assistant/Administrative responsibilities, including calendaring, preparing legal documents and correspondences, etc.

    Requirements:

    • Prior Law Firm experience required
    • Prior Deposition Coordinator experience preferred
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
    • Familiarity with NetDocs, a plus
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
