Our Client is seeking an Office Administrator to process shipping orders, handle unpaid invoices, and collect receivable deposits. This is a Full Time, temp to hire position, with a Monday - Friday 8:30am until 4:30pm work schedule. The pay rate starts at $20-$21 per hour, based on experience. 


Job Duties:

  • Process customer orders
  • Invoicing
  • Purchase from suppliers
  • Maintain customer open order and shipping spreadsheets in Excel
  • Scheduling and processing documentation for shipping via UPS.com
  • Administrative duties when needed
  • Assists with other office duties when needed
  • Order stock items when needed/running low
  • Provide customer service
  • Answer phones & take messages as needed and backup to office assistant


Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience order processing/purchasing
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills
  • Must have Excel and Outlook experience
  • ISO Knowledge preferred
  • Knowledge of UPS and FedEx shipping a plus
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Team player
