Our Client is seeking an Office Administrator to process shipping orders, handle unpaid invoices, and collect receivable deposits. This is a Full Time, temp to hire position, with a Monday - Friday 8:30am until 4:30pm work schedule. The pay rate starts at $20-$21 per hour, based on experience.
Job Duties:
- Process customer orders
- Invoicing
- Purchase from suppliers
- Maintain customer open order and shipping spreadsheets in Excel
- Scheduling and processing documentation for shipping via UPS.com
- Administrative duties when needed
- Assists with other office duties when needed
- Order stock items when needed/running low
- Provide customer service
- Answer phones & take messages as needed and backup to office assistant
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience order processing/purchasing
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Must have Excel and Outlook experience
- ISO Knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of UPS and FedEx shipping a plus
- Effective organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Team player
