Our Client in Cherry Hill, New Jersey is seeking seasonal Office Assistants for the tax season January - April 2025. This position is Part Time, $20+ per hour based on experience.
Shifts Available: (Selected candidates can choose 1 or more shifts that work best for them)
- Monday - 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm (shift will end in March)
- Tuesday - 10:00 am - 3:00 pm and 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm (shift will end in April)
- Thursday - 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm (shift will end in April)
- Saturday - 9:00 am - 4:00 pm (shift will end in March)
- Sunday - 9:00 am - 2/3:00 pm (shift will end in March)
Job Duties:
- Scheduling appointments
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Greet and welcome guests
- Collecting payments
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, stocked with necessary materials (i.e. pens, forms and brochures)
- Other common administrative functions such as scanning, copying, faxing, printing, mailing, and filing.
- Data entry
Requirements:
- Must be available to complete the full season January - March/April
- High accuracy with 10-Key data entry
- Previous office/administrative experience
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Proficient with computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and web-based portals
