Our Client is seeking a Customer Solutions Coordinator to join their office in Burlington, NJ. This position is paying $20.00-$25.00 an hour based on experience and the schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting the sales staff with preparing, submitting, and following up on bids and proposals, and creating accurate and comprehensive documents
- Researching new bid opportunities and entering them accurately into the ERP system while maintaining up-to-date records
- Communicating with prospective customers, following up on submitted bids and proposals, providing accurate information regarding bid status and addressing any questions or concerns
- Preparing comprehensive job packets for awarded projects including all necessary documentation and information and maintaining up-to-date records
- Maintaining sales pipeline information in the ERP system, including updating statuses of leads, opportunities, and bids, and generating reports and providing analysis to the sales team and management
- Assisting the sales team by preparing submittals for awarded projects, gathering necessary information and documentation, and ensuring accuracy, timely completion, and submission of submittals
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- Experience in landscaping or construction a strong plus
- Must have 2 years’ experience using ERP systems and bid management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
