Our client in Langhorne, PA is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator who will be the relationship liaison for their business-to-business solutions division. This role is responsible for providing the best in products, programs, and services to corporate clients looking to recognize their employees with meaningful gifting programs. This is a Direct Hire position offering up to $50k, based on experience. The schedule has flexible hours between 8am and 6pm.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Help to manage business accounts with attention to detail and deep understanding of customer requirements and preferences, anticipating client needs to provide the best in service.
- Create customized gifting solutions for sales/achievement awards, milestone gifts, loyalty programs, annuity programs, service/tenure programs, sporting events/trophies, and various presentation pieces.
- Interact with clients and assist with product recommendations, invoicing, and post-sale follow up.
- Provide exceptional client service through strong communication and organizational skills.
- Manage presentations to showcase capabilities, including digital platforms for gifting.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong organizational skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills through telephone, digital, and face-to-face mediums.
- Ability to stay calm in high-pressure or fast-moving situations, both behind the scenes and in front of clients.
- Effective problem resolution skills.
