Personal Injury Paralegal

Our Client in Vineland, New Jersey is seeking a Paralegal to join their growing firm! This is a full-time, DIRECT HIRE position. This position offers $45,000 - $75,000 per year based on experience

Essential Duties:

• Manage independent caseload of civil personal injury cases in fast-paced environment.
• Serve as an Attorney’s Legal Assistant.
• Interview potential clients.
• Communicate with Clients regularly throughout the day.
• Manage PIP and lien issues.
• Request and obtain records, bills, and documents.
• Assist in case of management, drafting case-related documents, such as deposition summaries and mediation briefs.
• Preparing cases for trial.
• Work independently to maintain, organize, and file-related information.
• Digitally and manually record and store client information.    

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years’ experience as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant is required.
• NJ PIP experience and familiarity with statutes, codes, and local rules are required.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in fast paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Personal Injury law experience and Spanish speaking is a huge plus!
