Job Title: Electronic Reliability Technician

Pay: $34-$41/hr

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Electronic Reliability Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, electronic, instrumentation, and automation equipment in a plant environment. This role requires adherence to safety standards, company procedures, and quality systems while supporting plant operations and reliability initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Perform all types of maintenance and repairs related to your profession or specialty, including mechanical, electrical, welding, hydraulic, cranes, mobile equipment, and instrumentation
Follow established practices and procedures, including safety standards and use of personal protective equipment
Maintain equipment, tools, and work areas according to company housekeeping and quality standards
Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, tables, and schematics for maintenance and troubleshooting
Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks to support plant operations
Record and communicate detailed data regarding equipment failures, delays, and follow-up actions
Support reliability technical groups and contract vendors in completing maintenance and outside work assignments
Ensure resources (spare parts, materials, labor, mobile equipment) are available for all assigned work
Generate work orders for maintenance emergencies and non-scheduled jobs
Use SAP and Sphera systems to track critical spares and maintenance activities
Participate in company training, safety, and technical programs as scheduled
Continuously seek process, technique, and safety improvements
Execute Control of Change Management policies as applicable
Perform additional maintenance-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Proven experience in electronic, electrical, instrumentation, or automation maintenance
Ability to troubleshoot and maintain plant equipment, including cranes, mobile equipment, and utilities
Strong understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance processes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work extended hours, on-call days, and overtime as needed
Adherence to safety standards and company policies
