Job Title: Operator 2
Pay: $14.28/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Overview:
We are seeking a dependable Operator 2 to operate tamping, grinding, lift/hoisting, and roller equipment, as well as commercial lawnmowers, weed cutters, and blower equipment. The role includes assisting senior operators and performing general equipment maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Operate tamping, grinding, lift/hoisting, and roller equipment safely and efficiently
Assist senior equipment operators as an oiler
Perform general maintenance on equipment as needed
Operate commercial lawnmowers, weed cutters, and blower equipment
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED, or three months of relevant work experience
Valid VDL license
Ability to pass a drug screen
Strong work ethic and reliability
Able to work Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
