Job Title: Operator 1
Pay: $12.96/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Overview:
We are seeking a dependable Operator 1 to perform a variety of tasks including cleanup, shoveling, compacting, backfilling excavations, hauling and stacking materials, and landscaping duties such as planting flowers, bushes, and trees. This role supports general maintenance and groundskeeping projects.
Responsibilities:
Perform cleanup, shoveling, compacting, and backfilling of excavations
Haul and stack materials as needed
Operate commercial lawnmowers, weed cutters, and blower equipment
Plant flowers, bushes, trees, and other greenery as directed
Follow safety guidelines and company policies
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED, or three months of relevant work experience
Valid VDL license
Ability to pass a drug screen
Reliable and hardworking
Able to work Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
