Overview:
We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain apartments in preparation for rental. This role involves performing general maintenance tasks to ensure apartments are safe and move-in ready.
Responsibilities:
Perform repairs and maintenance on apartments
Address plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other general repair needs
Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards
Coordinate with property management for scheduling and prioritizing repairs
Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
Requirements:
Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
Ability to troubleshoot and repair common apartment issues
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
