Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Make Ready Maintenance worker to remodel and prepare apartments for rental. This role involves general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep to ensure units are ready for new tenants.
Responsibilities:
Perform repairs, painting, and general maintenance tasks in apartments
Prepare rental units for new tenants according to company standards
Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and safe
Report any maintenance issues or supply needs to supervisors
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Requirements:
Previous maintenance or remodeling experience preferred
Ability to perform physical labor and work independently
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Good communication and teamwork skills
