Job Title: Welder
Pay: $17–$20/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Shreveport, LA
Type: Full-Time

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Welder experienced in production welding, including Laser, MIG, and TIG welding techniques. Pay is competitive and may increase for highly skilled candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Perform production welding using Laser, MIG, and TIG methods

• Read and interpret blueprints and welding instructions

• Maintain quality and safety standards on all welds

• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure adherence to specifications

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in production welding and multiple welding techniques

• Ability to read and understand blueprints and welding symbols

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

• Reliable and punctual
