Position Highlights:
Part-Time to Start (20–28 hours/week)
Set Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Saturdays Required (future)
$15.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and organized office records
Perform administrative tasks: document prep, data entry, filing, correspondence
Use Microsoft Word and Excel for day-to-day operations
Assist with special projects and support team members as needed
Provide bookkeeping support, especially using QuickBooks
What We’re Looking For:
Strong bookkeeping skills — QuickBooks proficiency required
Experience with Corel WordPerfect and ACT software is a plus
Prior office experience is a must
Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
Must have a valid driver’s license
Flexible and open to potentially growing into a full-time role
