Job Title: Water Mitigation Supervisor
Pay: $18–$23/hour (DOE)
Type: Full-Time

Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and organized Water Mitigation Supervisor to manage water mitigation jobs and oversee field operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in water damage restoration and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise water mitigation projects from start to finish

• Coordinate with crews, clients, and management to ensure timely and quality job completion

• Maintain safety standards and compliance on all job sites

• Document work performed and prepare job reports

• Train and mentor team members as needed

Requirements:

• Experience in water mitigation or water damage restoration

• Strong leadership and job management skills

• Must pass drug screening (DS), criminal record check (CR), and motor vehicle record check (MVR)

• Professional appearance and clean-cut demeanor

• Reliable, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
