Job Title: Carpenter (Cabinet Maker / Finish Carpenter)
Location: Shreveport, LA
Pay: DOE (Depends on Experience)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter with experience in cabinet making, finish carpentry, or strong math and measurement skills. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn. While experience in framing is a plus, we are willing to train the right person to develop these skills.

Responsibilities:

• Build, install, and repair cabinets, trim, and other finish carpentry elements
• Accurately measure, cut, and assemble materials according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Collaborate with the team to complete projects on time and to quality standards
• Maintain tools and work area cleanliness and safety
• Learn and develop framing skills as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cabinet making and/or finish carpentry preferred
• Strong math and measurement skills are essential
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Willingness to learn and be trained in framing and other carpentry skills
• Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
