Overview:
We are seeking a dependable Mechanic to join our team in Shreveport. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, with a construction background considered a plus. This role involves performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and assisting with construction-related mechanical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in a timely manner

• Assist with construction-related mechanical tasks when required

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Requirements:

• Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills

• Construction background preferred but not required

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
