Job Title: HVAC Technician
Location: Shreveport, LA
Pay: $20/hour (Higher pay available based on certifications and experience)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (TTFT) or Possible Day Hire (DH) – to be discussed

Job Description:
We are currently seeking motivated HVAC Technicians for a company in Shreveport, LA. Whether you are fresh out of school or have experience and certifications, we are willing to train the right candidates. This position involves both residential and commercial HVAC work and requires a reliable, hardworking individual ready for hands-on work.

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Use ladders daily; must be physically capable of working at heights
• Heavy lifting of HVAC equipment and materials is required
• Operate and maintain basic HVAC tools and equipment
• Follow safety protocols including basic OSHA standards
• Complete service reports and documentation (CR/DS-reg bill for TTFT, included for DH)

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (DL) is mandatory
• Basic knowledge of OSHA safety standards is helpful
• Basic tool knowledge for HVAC service and repair
• Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical labor
• Own transportation preferred
• Willingness to learn and be trained on the job
• Availability for interview in our conference room (business is run out of home office)
