Job Title: Building Maintenance / Painter
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: Shreveport, LA
Type: Full-Time

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance/Painter to perform general maintenance tasks and painting duties to keep our facility in excellent condition.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine building maintenance and repairs

• Prepare surfaces and apply paint to interior and exterior areas

• Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail

• Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies

• Follow safety protocols and company policies

Requirements:

• Prior experience in building maintenance and painting preferred

• Ability to work Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Good communication and teamwork skills
