Job Title: Housekeeper
Pay Rate: $12/hr
Schedule: 4 days on, 2 days off rotation

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and reliable Housekeeper to join our team at a company in Shreveport, LA. In this role, you will be responsible for performing housekeeping, cleaning, and laundry services for resident apartments as well as common areas. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain resident apartments, ensuring all areas are spotless and organized.
Perform general cleaning duties in common areas, including hallways, lounges, and offices.
Handle laundry services, including washing, folding, and organizing residents' laundry.
Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained and stocked.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to management.
Follow health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning tasks.
Ensure a high level of cleanliness and comfort for residents and guests.
Qualifications:
Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Physical ability to lift, bend, and move around to perform cleaning tasks.
