Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Bossier City, LA
Pay: $15/hour
Shifts Available: 7am–4pm | 8am–5pm | 9am–6pm
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Bossier City, LA. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to provide excellent customer support.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming customer calls
Enter customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain and update customer account information (including credit card data)
Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently
Process and distribute incoming faxes during assigned times
Review and process daily reports
Handle return requests and associated paperwork as needed
Distribute literature and sales tools to sales representatives
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Previous customer service or clerical experience preferred
