Position Summary:

A professional, friendly receptionist is needed to serve as the first point of contact for guests and clients visiting the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, directing phone calls, managing mail and office correspondence, and supporting a smooth, welcoming front office environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet all visitors and guests in a professional and welcoming manner

  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate team members

  • Manage, clean, and organize the front desk and sample rooms

  • Schedule meetings, client visits, and company events

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx

  • Prepare and send packages

  • Order and receive product samples for projects

  • Stock copy rooms and break room with necessary supplies

  • Provide administrative support to team members as needed

  • Maintain and update office records and filing systems

  • Assist with general clerical tasks (faxing, scanning, transcribing, filing)

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

  • Decorate the office for holidays and special occasions

  • Maintain a respectable appearance and adhere to business casual dress code

  • Lift and handle packages or supplies up to 40 lbs


Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Professional demeanor and communication skills

  • Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience

  • Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)

  • Ability to operate standard office equipment (scanners, copiers, printers)

  • Dependable transportation

  • Excellent attendance and punctuality


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

  • Prior experience working in an office environment

  • 10-key adding machine knowledge


Pay: $15.00/hour
