Cashier
Pay: $12/hour
Location: Shreveport, LA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Cashier for a company in Shreveport. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while accurately handling cash, credit, and check transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.

• Accurately process sales transactions and handle cash register operations.

• Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.

• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.

• Assist with stocking, pricing, and organizing merchandise as needed.

• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling money.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Louisiana Responsible Vendor’s Certification within 45 days of hire.

• Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude.
