Bookkeeper/Tax Preparer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Tax Preparer to join our team. In this role, you’ll prepare accurate tax returns, assist clients with tax questions, and handle bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks.

Important: A valid PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) is required or must be obtained before hire. Candidates without a PTIN will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file individual & business tax returns

• Review financial records and identify tax-saving opportunities

• Maintain confidentiality and provide excellent client service

• Manage bookkeeping (A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations) in QuickBooks

Qualifications:

• PTIN required (no exceptions)

• Tax preparation experience

• Strong knowledge of tax laws & filing procedures

• QuickBooks and bookkeeping experience
