Location: Shreveport, LA
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to assist with building, repairing, and installing structures and fixtures. The ideal candidate is experienced with hand and power tools, can read blueprints, and has a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials for walls, floors, frames, windows, doors, cabinets, and other structures.

• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to building codes.

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients.

• Transport tools and materials to job sites as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience with hand and power tools.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Must have reliable transportation; VDL preferred.

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor.

• Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
