Carpenters Helper
Location: Shreveport, LA
Pay: $16/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Position Overview:
We are seeking an entry-level Carpenters Helper to support various remodeling and construction projects. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and able to follow instructions while working on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with remodeling and construction projects as directed.
Measure, cut, and assemble materials using basic tools.
Read and follow tape measures and project plans.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Transport tools and materials as needed.
Follow instructions and work closely with project leads.
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
Ability to read tape measures and basic project plans.
Must have own reliable transportation.
VDL (Valid Driver’s License) preferred.
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor.
Punctual, dependable, and willing to learn.
