Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Grinder to grind and finish boat propellers. The ideal candidate will have experience in auto detailing and fabrication to ensure high-quality, precise finishes.
Key Responsibilities:
Grind and finish boat propellers to meet quality and specification standards
Perform detailed surface preparation and finishing work
Use fabrication and auto detailing skills to achieve smooth, polished results
Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements:
Experience in grinding, finishing, auto detailing, or fabrication preferred
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Reliable and punctual
