Job Title: Carpenter / Carpenter Helper
Location: Shreveport, LA
Pay: $15–$17/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter or Carpenter Helper with at least 5 years of experience who owns their personal hand tools. This crew works from scaffolds and manlifts, so comfort with heights and safety protocols is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform carpentry tasks from scaffolds and manlifts
Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of structures
Use and maintain personal hand tools safely and effectively
Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE
Collaborate with crew members to complete projects on time
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years carpentry experience
Must have own personal hand tools
Comfortable working at heights on scaffolds and manlifts
Reliable, safety-conscious, and punctual
