Spanish-Speaking Data Coordinator – Early Childhood Intervention (ECI)
Location: Tyler, Texas
Pay: $16/hr + mileage reimbursement (higher pay for certified translators)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Data Coordinator to support our Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) program, which serves children from birth to three years. This role combines administrative support, data management, and Spanish interpretation for families in their homes and community. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and fluent in Spanish.
Responsibilities:
Provide Spanish interpretation for ECI families during home visits and community interactions
Assist service providers with field support needs
Timely and accurate data entry, referral processing, and records management
Obtain required signatures on Spanish-language documents
Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement by identifying trends, suggesting solutions, and implementing improvements
Support general office and clerical tasks as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
2–3 years clerical experience with knowledge of office procedures
Spanish fluency required; foreign languages certification preferred or willing to obtain
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with database programs such as Access is useful
Strong written communication skills
Ability to read and apply ECI policies; prior ECI experience preferred
Current valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform field activities as needed
Some travel required within the service area
