Key Responsibilities:
Apply paint, coatings, and finishes to industrial surfaces using a paint sprayer
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed
Mix and match paints to achieve desired color and consistency
Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to safety protocols
Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a clean and orderly manner
Follow instructions from supervisors and complete tasks in a timely manner
Requirements:
Experience operating a paint sprayer (required)
Familiarity with industrial painting techniques and surface preparation
Ability to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and work in various conditions
Strong attention to detail and safety practices
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well independently or as part of a team
