Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and dependable Administrative Assistant. This role involves general administrative duties, assisting with shipping documents, managing incoming calls, and providing occasional support to HR and Accounting departments. The ideal candidate has prior office experience, excellent organizational skills, and a strong sense of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative and clerical duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, and document management.
Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with couriers or vendors as needed.
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
Provide occasional support to Human Resources and Accounting teams.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.
Support other departments and office staff with administrative tasks as requested.
Minimum Qualifications:
Prior experience in an office or administrative support role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
