Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Fleet Mechanic to maintain and repair a fleet of company vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of vehicle issues to ensure fleet safety and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a fleet of vehicles
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and engine problems
Conduct inspections and ensure vehicles meet safety standards
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Manage parts inventory and order supplies as needed
Respond to emergency repairs when necessary
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license (DL)
Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
Must pass a drug screen (DS) and criminal background check (CR)
Proven experience as a mechanic or technician, preferably with fleet vehicles
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
