Job Title: Pool Construction Laborer / General Laborer
Location: Shreveport, LA
Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Position Overview:
We are hiring General Laborers to assist with new pool construction for a locally-owned company in Shreveport, LA. This is a physically demanding role that requires strength, endurance, and a strong work ethic. Ideal candidates will be dependable, motivated, and ready to work outdoors in all types of weather.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the construction and installation of new pools
Load, unload, and carry materials to job sites
Perform digging, leveling, and backfilling
Use hand and power tools to complete tasks as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow instructions from supervisors and work efficiently as part of a team
Requirements:
Must be in good physical condition
Able to lift heavy materials, bend, walk, and stand for extended periods
Valid Driver’s License required
Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
Prior construction or outdoor labor experience is a plus but not required
