Job Title: Welder/Fabricator

Pay: $15–$20/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Overview:
A locally-owned company in Shreveport is looking to hire a Welder/Fabricator. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in a hands-on environment. We are open to entry-level candidates with the right attitude and work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform MIG and/or TIG welding as required
Fabricate metal components using tools such as saws, grinders, torches, and welders
Read and interpret basic blueprints or fabrication drawings (training provided if needed)
Measure and mark materials for cutting and assembly
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of welding and fabrication (entry-level welcome)
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Must be dependable and have a positive attitude
Must be able to pass a drug screen
