Job Title: Trust Associate
Pay Range: $18-$20/hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Trust Associate to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth processing of financial transactions, account maintenance, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Distributions: Process scheduled and recurring distributions.
Receipts: Deposit checks using a check scanner.
Cash Management: Review and manage cash transactions.
True Link Receipts and Statements: Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Tax Season Support: Assist administrators with tax-related tasks, including estimated tax payment processing.
Account Maintenance: Conduct account reviews and updates as needed.
Sitter Payroll Processing: Handle payroll-related transactions for sitters.
New Business/Account Opening: Assist with setting up new accounts.
Account Closing Process: Ensure proper procedures are followed when closing accounts.
Special Projects: Participate in ad hoc assignments as needed.
Software Usage: Utilize Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant programs.
Check Distribution: Distribute checks after printing.
Document Management: Create and maintain paper and Laserfiche files for new accounts.
Office Administration: Perform filing, scanning, faxing, and document binding as needed.
Meeting Preparation: Scan projects and daily work for timely review in meetings and presentations.
Administrative Support: Assist administrators and coworkers as necessary.
Cross-Training & Office Support: Cover various office tasks, including answering telephones, greeting clients, handling mail, managing office supplies, operating office equipment, supporting special events, and maintaining the parking garage log.

Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
Prior experience in financial services or trust administration is a plus.
