Job Description:
We are looking for dependable Production Assembly Workers to join our manufacturing team. Candidates should be familiar with using hand tools and have the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves hands-on assembly work, attention to detail, and physical stamina.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform assembly work using a variety of hand tools
Follow production instructions and quality standards
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs as needed
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Flexibility to work overtime as required
Requirements:
Experience with hand tools and basic mechanical tasks
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Willingness to work overtime when needed
Must pass a drug screen and background check
Strong work ethic and reliability
