Job Title: Server
Location: Shreveport, LA
Pay Rate: $12/hr
Schedule: 4 on, 2 off rotation

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Server to join our team at a facility in Shreveport, LA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for guests, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests in a professional and friendly manner

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner

• Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after meals

• Handle guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely service

• Process payments and maintain accurate transactions

• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a server or in the food service industry preferred

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities

• Must be available to work on a 4 on, 2 off rotation schedule

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed
