Dietary Aide

Job Title: Dietary Aide
Location: Shreveport, LA
Pay Rate: $12/hr
Schedule: 4 on, 2 off rotating schedule
Shifts: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. & 10:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dietary Aide to join our team at a facility in Shreveport, LA. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring residents and patients receive nutritious meals in a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation and meal assembly

• Deliver meals to residents/patients in a timely and courteous manner

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Assist in stocking and inventory management

• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and visitors

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service, healthcare, or dietary aide roles preferred

• Knowledge of food handling and sanitation regulations

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods
